There is no effective MLS system in Argentina; therefore, the SCL Inmobiliaria division is constantly working to increase its in-house listings, while working with other real estate entities to compile the widest possible range of offerings for buyers and investors. This enables us to have our hand on the pulse of the market, and to be aware of new properties for sale before they reach the tradition real estate marketplace. 

SCL has properties for sale and for rent. If you are considering a move to Argentina, we can assist you with a rental that can be your base until you can find a property to buy. By working with a licensed real estate broker (as required by Argentine law) you can be assured that all contracts and legal requirements are in order whether you rent or purchase. 

Standard real estate commissions on purchases are 3% paid by the buyer, and 3% paid by the seller (citizens from the United States should note this difference). At times, on large purchases, commissions can be negotiated. For rentals, the renter pays the entire commission, which is usually one month’s rent.
