The property possesses 3,200 mts of river bed belonging to the Rodeo River, as well as 8 permanent springs and others that surface in the summertime. The spring located next to the house is contained in a reservoir that forms two ponds where carps are breeded. There also exists the possibility of developing the necessary infrastructure for breeding trout.

More than 15,000 trees of different species have been planted in the last 15 years on a 25 hectare area surrounding the main house. Planted species: European oak; American oak; Willows; Wicker; Poplars; Eucaliptus; Acacias; Ash Trees; Maple; Cypress, Conifers, etc.
Included also are nurseries for conifers, oaks, poplars and other species cultivated on terraces.

At some points the land is crossed by several years old stone walls; it also holds a 4 meter high waterfall and a natural rock cave. There is an excellent view of the Macizo de los Gigantes from various points.
