This property has definitive water rights for the irrigation. The vineyards are maintained in an organic style.

Malbec: 7.000 kilos (high quality)
Olives: 12.500 kilos

The wine production that is obtained is of very high quality due to the highest quality grapes, and the vineyard makes between 6,000 and 8,000 bottles per year.

The Olives: There are 140 olive trees from which you can get between 12,000 and 15,000 kg of olives per year.

WINERY: 120 m2 / 1,308 sq ft built in traditional construction style. The ceilings are 6 meters high, about 20 feet.

The elaboration is done in two stainless steel tanks that include temperature controls. One of the tanks has 5.000 litres capacity and the other one 3.000 litres. There is a high technology de- seeder, a hydraulic press and steel pumps. There are also 35 French oak barrels.
This winery was planned to be used not only for the vineyards that the property has but also to be to make some other wines from other vineyards. There is room to expand the winery capacity.
