Access:

It is situated 75 minutes away from Mendoza city. A 20 minutes away from Tunuyan. A 20 minutes away from Tupungato. And 80 minutes away from the airport of Mendoza city. San Carlos and La Consulta, with restaurants, shops, and services, are 5 minutes away. Easiest access is by Route 40 from Mendoza City, then on paved roads, until the final 500 meters of well-maintained dirt road.

Water rights, wells:

There is a large comercial well in good condition, a represa, and also irrigation rights.

Crops Planted:

20 Hectares planted in Parrales, 16 hecs 40 years old, 10 hecs 7 years old. 29 hectares are cultivated in 2008 with carrots, red and green peppers and tomatoes.

It has a caretakers house in good condition, plus a “galpon” or garage to keep the tools, also in very good condition.

The microclimate is excellent for quality grapes, and for any kind of cultivation such as trees fruit, and vegetables.
