Tierra Mansa North - Expansive 3.5 to 5.5 hectare (8.75 to 13.75 acre) vineyard estate lots. All infrastructure—roads, electricity, drip irrigation and potable water— are installed. A caretaker lives on the property full-time. Only two vineyard estate lots remain for sale, so we urge you to contact us as soon as possible to secure you share of this special place in the world.
Tierra Mansa South – Planted Malbec vineyards and Luxury Home options for vacation or business retreats, plus significant rental income when you can't be there to enjoy it.
10% plus returns possible in the first year of rental. Luxury villa homes, ready to build, range in size from 150 m2 (1,635 square feet) to 250 m2 (2,725 square feet). We have six model homes to choose from, 3 single story, and 3 two-story. These homes can also be customized to fit your needs, or we can design your home from scratch.
We expect construction costs to rise 10% to 20% by the end of the year 2011, but we are holding our construction costs stable for our big pre-launch event at the end of November. We can do this due to the volume of building we do. This is money in your pocket if you start your project soon.
Pre-launch event pricing starts at $50,000 USD for a 1.5 acre lot (approximately 6,000 m2), planted with Malbec vineyard, including drip irrigation, potable water, electricity, and a private home site ready to build. Lot sizes range from approximately 1.5 acres to 3.5 acres (approximately 14,000 m2). Offer good until November 15, 2011.
Want to add a Luxury Home? Pricing starts at $235,000 USD: This includes your 1.5 acre lot planted with Malbec vineyards, AND your Luxury Villa Home (150 square meters/1,635 square feet). Larger home options are available. You will not find this level of value pricing in any top quality vineyard or mountain community anywhere else in the world.
TM update August 17, 2011 – We are planting Malbec vineyards on 6 more lots in TM South now. One luxury home is under construction and more are on the way. Water (irrigation and potable) and electricity are available to all lots. We've planted more than 350 Alamos trees as part of the landscaping for the new main entrance that will begin construction this spring, along with our clubhouse and reception area. We want to welcome SanCo S.A., Mendoza's top construction company to our team. SanCo will be constructing the clubhouse plus several new homes in TM South in the coming months. Our quincho in TM North is Asado Heaven. Really, there is not a more beautiful tranquil place to enjoy a classic Argentine barbecue with an array of salads, fresh breads, and the finest wines of Valle de Uco. We fire up the grill every weekend, kick back and catch rays on the sun deck, and for those hardy enough, you can swim in the spring water represa. Entre Cielos – Hotel, Spa/Hamam, Restaurant, Vineyards, Retail Space - This Luxury Boutique Wine Hotel is now open! And it’s fabulous, the nicest hotel in Mendoza. Located in Vistalba, adjacent to Bodega Nieto Senitinier, just 15 minutes from downtown Mendoza City. This unique luxury project with a Swiss/European flare began construction in January 2010, starting with a world-class Spa+Hamam. Construction of the 15 room boutique hotel, 50 seat restaurant, bar, swimming pool, retail space, and gourmet food store began in March 2010. The project also includes a 4 hectare Malbec vineyard that was planted in November 2009.
