The SCL Team is composed of local real estate veterans, lawyers, property scouts, agronomists, enologists, project managers, contractors and engineers, accountants, architects, and more. Project Development and Management is our specialty. We work with your ideas, and then set about creating a project that will meet or exceed your expectations.

The team also specializes in custom property searches based on your specific requests. There is no effective MLS system in Argentina; therefore, SCL works with an in-house real estate broker/martillero, F. Jorge Alguacil, CPI-Mat 1100, to manage its database of properties for sale. SCL also works with many other real estate entities to compile the widest possible range of offerings for real estate investors.

The SCL Property Management team will keep your property in top shape while you are away, provide monthly reports and photos of your property, and coordinate with our Hospitality Team when you come for a visit. If we are managing your home, we’ll have it well-stocked with food, wine, and other goods when you arrive. Our agronomist, enologist, and professional staff will be waiting to give you a personalized report on all facets of your property or development each time you visit.
